class=\"content\"><p>And not every electric vehicle is allowed to ride on bicycle paths and private roads within the \u0160umava National Park, i.e. roads where motor vehicles are admitted only on the basis of exception specified in Act No. 114\/1992 Czech Law Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-2d65131a elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"2d65131a\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column fontello-09bd47b32-bike\"><\/span><span class=\"infoBox--content\">The issues affecting electric bicycles, i.e. bicycles with auxiliary motors, are specified in the Road Traffic Act.<\/span><\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-6ac4208 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"6ac4208\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-f549267\" data-id=\"f549267\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4adbae7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4adbae7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><strong>A bicycle allowed to enter dedicated bicycle routes and paths shall be a vehicle that moves forward based on applied human effort.<\/strong><\/h3><h3><strong>At the same time, a bicycle can be equipped with an auxiliary electric motor having the following parameters: up to 1\u00a0kW of motor power and design speed not exceeding 25\u00a0km\/h.<\/strong><\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-29ed6c6d elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"29ed6c6d\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column class=\"fas fa-circle\"><\/i>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">However, it still holds true that human effort, i.e. continuous pedalling or kicking, must be necessary for the electric bicycle or electric scooter movement.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-60ba199 elementor-align-left elementor-icon-list--layout-traditional elementor-list-item-link-full_width elementor-widget elementor-widget-icon-list\" data-id=\"60ba199\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"icon-list.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"elementor-icon-list-items\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-icon\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fas fa-circle\"><\/i>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">If, therefore, electric bicycles or electric scooters that fulfil certain technical parameters, but are capable of moving without applied human effort, are ridden on a dedicated bicycle route or path, such means of transport shall be viewed as motorcycles.
